"Yeah, we have a script. We're trying to put it together. It's a good script too."
Keanu Reeves' co-star Alex Winter also revealed through his Twitter account over the weekend that they are working on getting a green light for the sequel.
"Hey Kelly. -Script done? Check. -We love it? Check. -Green light? Working on it!"
We reported back in January that Bill & Ted 3 still may be a long ways off, according to Alex Winter, who also shot down rumors that Werner Herzog will direct. It was also reported in April that the plot will revolve around the title characters trying to write a song which will save the world, but that plot point has apparently gone in some very wild directions.
Bill & Ted 3 is in development and stars Alex Winter, Keanu Reeves. The film is directed by Dean Parisot.
