Big Hero 6 is being developed as an animated Disney feature
Steven T. Seagle and Duncan Rouleau created the title in 1998. This superhero team is comprised of Silver Samurai, Sunfire, GoGo Tomago, Honey Lemon, Hiro Takachiho and Baymax, who were brought together by the Japanese government to do their bidding.
Don Hall (Winnie the Pooh) is attached to direct, after pitching the idea to Disney Animation chief John Lasseter. Kristina Reed is attached to produce. The studio is currently looking for writers to tackle this comic book adaptation. It is believed that Disney is eyeing a 2014 release date, with the movie leading into the release of The Avengers 2.

I stumbled onto an audition call for it this morning asking for actors, not voice.

@zender What makes you so sure it will be live action? Just curious.

the first time in film history that Marvel and Disney had a combination of film crossovers. I'm sure that Hollywood will eventually catch on.
