Juliette Binoche will star in Abbas Kiarostami's romantic drama Certified Copy. According to Variety, Italian producer Angelo Barbagallo will co-produce the Abbas Kiarostami feature, which will also star Sami Frey.

Certified Copy is about a French art gallery owner (Binoche) who falls in love with an older novelist (Frey), as they travel around the charming French countryside. Binoche spent some time in Iran with Kiarostami this month to prepare for her role in the romantic drama.

Certified Copy is scheduled to start shooting this March on location in Tuscany.

Certified Copy was released in 2011 and stars Juliette Binoche, William Shimell, Jean-Claude Carrière, Agathe Natanson, Gianna Giachetti, Adrian Moore, Angelo Barbagallo, Andrea Laurenzi. The film is directed by Abbas Kiarostami.
