BET and BETJ will Televise an entire slate of awards-related programming beginning June 13 leading up to the BET Awards '06 airing live from Los Angeles on June 27:

WHAT:
BET will honor superlative achievement in music, entertainment and sports with a star-studded "live" telecast of BET AWARDS '06. The top-rated and most-watched awards show among African-American viewers, the BET AWARDS will be anchored by Hollywood funny man Damon Wayans. The show format includes glitzy red carpet arrivals, explosive show performances, and riveting tributes by the hottest names in entertainment at the Shrine Auditorium.
