Movie PictureLara Croft and the Cradle of Life: Tomb Raider 2:Dark Horizons got a great scoop from someone recently who had spent some time on the set of the Tomb Raider sequel.
"I live in Hong Kong and at the moment TR2 is being shot here. Claims are that half of the movie is set here, but I met and spoke to Jolie and she told me that they are planning on leaving on Sunday, they haven't been here long so that info is a bit vague. Jan De Bont was on set directing. They were in a shopping mall called Times square in Causeway Bay."

"The shot we saw was Jolie and her male costar running out of an office and into a glass elevator. She was carrying a brown backpack and two desert eagle guns. I also spoke to the co-star and he told me that he gets to smack Lara Croft across the face during the shoot. The next few days shooting will take place in Ocean terminal (a large mall) and a scene involving a double decker tram, probably a night shoot as the tram lines follow some great neon streets (Hennessy Road perhaps)"
