Really ?, Maybe some of the people who made the Transformers movies "behind the camera", are involved in making this Battleship movie ?

Ok the sounds the alein ships makes sounds like the decepticon ships and the alein ship looks like a decepticon war ship and fighter jets mergered together and it's one of the early concept art of the ships

Is that because you don't want to get spoiled for the movie before you see it ?

I also like that, meaning what you said about how in the trailer they lost their radar, making them blind like from the game.

@themoviefanatic plus i just dont like how they made a movie out of a damn board game. i think this movie would be a lot more believable if it was a normal ship they were fighting. i liked how in the trailer they lost there radar so they were blind just like how it is in the game

I guess something will be be released soon, that will show what the aliens in this movi will look like, other then the movie itself, considering it does not come out until May 25th 2012.

@themoviefanatic taylor kitsch is a pretty good actor but im not sure how i like the aliens.. plus the movie is based off a f*cking board game. i think im just gonna wait to red box it

ohhh ok i get it. there are 2 sides that are gonna keep shooting at each other through the movie to see who sinks who's "battleship". thats the only correlation i can get from the game to movie. if they were going to write ANOTHER alien invasion movie, i dont really think grabbing a boardgame off a shelf was the right way to go. it honestly didn't look like a terrible movie, but the fact that they said it was based on a boardgame, and they gave it the name, is going to kill it because it kinda has nothing to do with the game. i'd see this movie to see neesons performance. but i seriously doubt that they're going to make back their 200 million dollars on this. @disciple419 i agree with you. im getting a bit tired of every movie having an "alien" element to it. whatever happened to just good ole "good guys and bad guys" movies??

Thought this was looking like a good nautical action movie until the sci-fi bullsh*t. Peter Berg has directed some good movies but just make it simple. Why does everything have to have some flying alien robot type thing in it?

@dan1 Rodriguez goes a step further by directing films based on his kids ideas. Shark Boy and Lava Girl is something his son made up. Yet there is no Sin City 2. Yeah. Great idea, that.
