Arnold Schwarzenegger also considering Summit's The Tomb along with Last Stand
We first reported on The Tomb last May, which had director Antoine Fuqua and Bruce Willis in talks to direct and star. Antoine Fuqua is reportedly now set to direct, though it doesn't seem that Bruce Willis will be involved at this point.
The Tomb centers on prison security expert Ray Breslin, who has devoted his life to designing impenetrable prisons. However, when he gets framed and is sent to the prison he helped design, he must find a way to break out and hunt down the man who set him up. Miles Chapman and Jason D. Keller wrote the screenplay for The Tomb.
Arnold Schwarzenegger hasn't met with director Jee-woon Kim yet to discuss Last Stand, although he is interested in both projects. However, since Antoine Fuqua will likely direct Tupac this summer, The Tomb may be pushed to a later start date, which could trigger Arnold Schwarzenegger to choose Last Stand.
The Last Stand was released January 18th, 2013 and stars Arron Shiver, Arnold Schwarzenegger, Forest Whitaker, Titos Menchaca, Peter Stormare, Richard Dillard, Eduardo Noriega, Luis Guzmán. The film is directed by Jee-woon Kim.
Escape Plan comes to theaters October 18th, 2013 and stars Arnold Schwarzenegger, Sylvester Stallone, James Caviezel, Vincent D'Onofrio, Sam Neill, Vinnie Jones, 50 Cent, Amy Ryan. The film is directed by Mikael Håfström.

I love older stars like Arnold, Willis, Stalone,tommee lee jones and i want to see them back with their exciting, harsh,breathtaking and thier incredible acts in movies, for Arnold i should say that nothing movie until now was like his Terminator 2 movie co-staring with that terrifying murcery man that i like him much and would like to see him in movies much, both of them were ultra incredible in this movie, these stars are so perfect, their personalities in their real life and movies and mercy which they have toward bad guys some times and devoting themselves and taking away criminal people

As overdone as this premise is, I would still take this film over The Last Stand any day.....much better director and, most likely, better film.
But if I was Arnold Schwarzenegger......I wouldn't take either of these films. He can do a hell of a lot better for his return to acting.
