Soul Plane's Arielle Kebbel has just landed the lead role in the spooky A Tale of Two Sisters. According to Variety, the film is based on a popular Korean film of the same name.

The plot revolves around Anna and Alex Rydell, two sisters who return home from a mental hospital. Their recovery is jeopardized thanks to one bitch of a stepmother, an uncaring father, and the presence of a ghost in their house. Sounds like a lot of fun.

Brothers Tom and Charles Guard are directing the film. They begin shooting this July in Vancouver.

A Tale of Two Sisters was released December 17th, 2004 and stars Kap-su Kim, Jung-ah Yum, Su-jeong Lim, Geun-Young Moon, Seung-bi Lee. The film is directed by Jee-woon Kim.
