Columbia Pictures and MSN launched the new Path of Illumination contest and online game at AngelsAndDemons.MSN.com, as a tie-in to the highly-anticipated film, Angels & Demons, which will open in theaters nationwide on May 15.

This contest, which was launched over the weekend, will allow users in seven countries (United States, Canada, France, Italy, United Kingdom, Germany and Spain) to solve several online puzzles, deciphering clues that relate to the four elements Earth, Air, Fire and Water that play an important part in the film.

The players with the top score from each country will be flown to see the film's premiere in Rome and the player with the top score overall will also win a grand prize of an electronics package from Sony Entertainment, themed to the four elements.
