Andy Garcia joins The Truth cast
The story centers on Andy Garcia's character, an ex-CIA agent who became a political talk show host after retiring as a spy. He is hired by a whistleblower to help expose her company's hand in a South American village massacre. Kevin Durand, Devon Bostick, Lara Daans, and Steven Bauer also star in unspecified roles.
Damian Lee (Sacrifice) will direct The Truth from his own original screenplay. Gary Howsam and Bill Marks will produce, with Andy Garcia, Kim Coates, and Jeff Sackman executive producing.
Production is scheduled to start later this month, with shooting to take place in Ontario and the Dominican Republic.
A Dark Truth was released January 4th, 2013 and stars Kevin Durand, Forest Whitaker, Kim Coates, Eva Longoria, Andy Garcia, Devon Bostick, Deborah Kara Unger, Steven Bauer. The film is directed by Damian Lee.
