Amy Ryan Signs on for In Treatment's 3rd Season
Ryan will play the new psychiatrist that fellow psychiatrist Dr. Paul Weston (Byrne) sees for treatment. Dianne Wiest played Weston's therapist and mentor in the first two seasons but the site is reporting that she is leaving the series and Ryan's character will be Weston's new doctor.
Ryan is the second new addition to the series, joining Debra Winger, who we reported would be joining the show last month. Winger will play a former Hollywood star who is having anxiety attacks about her failing career.
No premiere date for In Treatment's third season has been set at this time but we'll be sure to keep you posted as soon as we have more information.
