American Horror Story Season 2 details revealed
"Every season of the show will be a different haunting," Ryan Murphy said. "What you saw in finale was the end of the Harmon house and the second season of the show will be a brand new home or building to haunt. Just like this year, every season of the show will have a beginning, middle and an end."
During the call with reporters, the pair revealed that the second season would feature some new and old faces but the first seasons story with Ben (Dylan McDermott), Vivien (Connie Britton) and Violet Harmon (Taissa Farmiga) has ended.
"There will be some new and familiar faces, playing new characters and new monsters," Ryan Murphy said, "It's a fun idea to do an anthology show. That was the design of the show from the beginning; it's a really cool and interesting way to tell a horror show: every season being what an American horror is."
The first season revolved the horrors that exist in a marriage involving infidelity, the second season will feature a different premise for the plot.
"We didn't want to tell the audience that basically all of the characters would be either be shuffling off this mortal coil or departing series at the end of season, we didn't want to give that away," John Landgraf said.
The first season followed a family of three move from Boston to Los Angeles as a means of reconciling their past anguish. They move to a restored mansion, unaware that the home is haunted.

soo yeah if old characters make appearances i wouldnt be surprised if tate makes a cameo same ben and hopefully Constance This show caught me the instant it started my friends showed me the first episode and became a fan right off the bat cant wait for season 2

Hope Dylan comes back....would like to see more ass shots of him. Also I just love Jessica Lange. Maybe some other movie stars to guest star....Julia Roberts, Jack Nicholson, Robert DeNiro, Sissy Spacek, Mickey Rourke, Robert Downey, Liam Neeson.

tate was the best character and i really Love Dylan M who played ben a brilliant performances from the entire cast. i dont think that season 2 is going to be great but i could be wrong. I really love the first season .

I dont know how we could truly be done with that house because there was too many loose ends that were hanging around so i think it can and will be revisted even if the new season focuses on a new house.
