American Dad Gets Fifth Season

With Election Day just around the corner, FOX has cast its vote for another season of the subversive animated series American Dad!, which features die-hard Republican and card-carrying NRA member Stan Smith (voiced by Seth MacFarlane). American Dad! airs Sundays (9:30-10:00 PM ET/PT) on FOX.

This November, catch all-new episodes of American Dad! beginning Nov. 2 with Choosey Wives Choose Smith, where Stan becomes jealous after finding out Francine (voiced by Wendy Schaal) was once engaged to a pilot who was assumed dead after his plane crashed. Unbeknownst to her, Stan and Roger (voiced by MacFarlane) track down the charitable heartthrob and force Francine to decide between the two men. Then, Steve (voiced by Scott Grimes) plots to get revenge against the popular girls in school in Escape from Pearl Bailey airing Nov. 9. In the last November installment, Pulling Double Booty airing Nov. 16, Hayley (voiced by Rachael MacFarlane) breaks up with her boyfriend and ends up in the arms of Stan's body double from the CIA.

American Dad! is a 20th Century Fox Television production. Seth MacFarlane, Mike Barker and Matt Weitzman serve as co-creators and executive producers. Rick Wiener and Kenny Schwartz are executive producers.
