Amber Heard is finalizing a deal to star in Three Days to Kill for Relativity Media and director McG.
Amber Heard joins Three Days to Kill
Kevin Costner stars in the action-thriller as a dying Secret Service agent who retires to try and reconnect with his estranged daughter. He is presented with an opportunity to take an experimental drug which may save his life, if he agrees to take on one last assignment. Amber Heard will play the woman who offers him the drug, which the agent learns has hallucinatory side effects while trying to complete his mission. We reported last week that Hailee Steinfeld will also star.
McG is directing from a screenplay by Luc Besson and Adi Hasak (From Paris with Love). Luc Besson and Adi Hasak are also producing with Virginie Silla and Relativity Media CEO Ryan Kavanaugh.
No production schedule was given. Amber Heard will next be seen in Machete Kills and Relativity's Paranoia.
Three Days to Kill comes to theaters February 21st, 2014 and stars Hailee Steinfeld, Amber Heard, Kevin Costner, Connie Nielsen, Richard Sammel, Tómas Lemarquis, Eriq Ebouaney, Lamont Thompson. The film is directed by McG.
