DreamWorks Pictures lines up All of Me remake
Lily Tomlin starred in the original movie, directed by Carl Reiner, as a dying millionaire who tries to transfer her soul into a younger woman. Things go awry when she actually transfers herself into the body of her attorney (Steve Martin). The remake would flip the premise, having the man's soul enter the body of a woman.
Back in April 2007, we reported that New Line Cinema was developing this remake as a starring vehicle for Queen Latifah. DreamWorks picked up the remake rights out of turnaround last year.
No production schedule was given at this time.
All of Me was released September 21st, 1984 and stars Steve Martin, Lily Tomlin, Victoria Tennant, Madolyn Smith Osborne, Richard Libertini, Dana Elcar, Jason Bernard, Selma Diamond. The film is directed by Carl Reiner.

Seriously, what the f*ck is going on with all the f*cking remakes... this is seriously bullsh*t... excuse the french, but I am seriously sick of Hollywood making more and more useless f*cksh*t remakes that will just end up flopping and taking up space in the theaters... And I am sure this will show in all theaters... and yet great movies like "The Master" will only be shown at select theaters... this is bullsh*t in it's purest form...
@thedude-abides I know you are with me on this one!
