Aliens Vs. Predator Requiem Gets an Official Title
The film is directed by Greg and Colin Strause, written by Shane Salerno and starring David Paetkau, John Ortiz, Johnny Lewis, Reiko Aylesworth, Sam Trammell, Shareeka Epps and Steven Pasquale.
In addition to the new name, Fox has picked up the domain name for AliensVsPredatorRequiem.com which is sure to host the film's official site soon.
No word on a trailer for the film yet, but some teaser footage should be available soon.
Aliens Vs. Predator - Requiem was released December 25th, 2007.

Acutally, the drone aliens are about as smart as a dog, and just as loyal to their queen. The queen on the other hand would be considered smarter that Einstein. They do not build ships, they are a parasite life form that infests everything living thing they come across. Then they just wait for the next life form to come around.

I agree with you Yahzee. I liked the first one also and I'm looking forward to AVP2. I didn't like how the Aliens were portrayed in AVP either ... like some dumb creatures.. In the movie "Alien" when the aliens were first encountered.... well... where did that ship come from?? (perhaps it was explained somewhere, I dont know) It seems that the aliens built it and should be a lot smarter than the way they are portrayed!!!! Yup.. I want Ripley back.. and kicking some ass!!!!!

Fingers crossed for a decent movie.I liked the first one, but there was so little action, and the story used the aliens just as monters the predators needed to kill. Still routing for Alien 5 and no more AVPs though

The first AVP sucked so hard, hopefully this will be more true to the originals while still having that sense of freshness to it. The first had such terrible acting it ruined any decent action and there wasnt even much of that. Its new creators so theres still a chance for a good monster movie.
