How many times are people gonna' post " they are bringing Alien(s) to Blu-Ray this year"?
With a list of 'most requested blu-ray releases' like the one below, Fox will keep Alien on a back burnner.
They just make more money on new releases.
I will believe Alien(s) is being put out on Blu-Ray when I slide the disc into my Samsung 1500.

Err
if i had to guess why resurection isnt a part of the set i would say because it isnt a part of the original ripley series, plus it wasnt very popular and took a lot of grief from the purists out there who didnt like Jeunet's directing style.
personally i thought it was a twisted and interesting story and the cast was phenomenal in my opinion.

My only question is why aren't they including "Alien: Ressurection" in this set? They include it in the standard DVD box set, and, since there doesn't appear to be any plans for a 5th movie, what is really keeping them from releasing it on Blu-Ray in the set?

Since this is one of my favorite franchises, I will be interested in seeing what the new special features are.
