Alicia Borrachero Joins the Cast of The Chronicles of Narnia: Prince Caspian

Alicia Borrachero has been cast as Prunaprismia, the wife of General Miraz, Narnia's evil king in Andrew Adamson's The Chronicles of Narnia: Prince Caspian, according to Variety.

The film is the follow-up to 2005's The Chronicles of Narnia: The Lion, The Witch and The Wardrobe.

Spain's Borrachero previously played Escolastica, a devout aunt, in Mike Newell's Love in the Time of Cholera.

The Chronicles of Narnia: Prince Caspian finds the Pevensie siblings pulled back into the land of Narnia, where a thousand years have passed since they left. The children are once again enlisted to join the colorful creatures of Narnia in combating an evil villain who prevents the rightful Prince from ruling the land. "Prince Caspian" was first published in 1951, and is the fourth book in the seven-book series written by Lewis.

The Chronicles of Narnia: Prince Caspian was released May 16th, 2008 and stars Ben Barnes, Georgie Henley, Skandar Keynes, William Moseley, Anna Popplewell, Sergio Castellitto, Peter Dinklage, Warwick Davis. The film is directed by Andrew Adamson.
