Alice Brings Wonderland to DVD and Blu-ray on March 2nd

You can bring home a brand new mini-series that takes a new look at a timeless story this March. Alice will be released on DVD and Blu-ray on March 2, just three days before Tim Burton's new reimagining of Alice in Wonderland hits theaters on March 5. This new DVD will be priced at $19.98 SRP while the BD will go for $29.98 SRP. The mini-series stares Caterina Scorsone, Andrew-Lee Potts, Matt Frewer, Philip Winchester, Tim Curry, Harry Dean Stanton, Colm Meaney and Kathy Bates.

Alice Hamilton, a fiercely independent twenty-something suddenly finds herself on the other side of a looking glass. She is a stranger in an outlandish city of twisted towers and casinos built out of playing cards, all under the rule of the deliciously devilish Queen of Hearts. With the Queen hot on her tail, Alice isn't certain which of the many characters of Wonderland she can trust to help her escape - and maintain a level head. For this re-imagined adaptation, writer/director Nick Willing mines the bizarre ingenuity and twisted logic of Carroll's work to create a daringly different, boldly colorful and delightfully skewed dreamscape of his own.
