Alec Baldwin joins Elizabethtown
Elizabethtown centers on an unexpected romance that develops against the backdrop of the elaborate memorial for a Kentucky patriarch. Baldwin will portray the boss of Bloom's character.
Bruce McGill and Gaillard Sartain have also joined the cast, which includes Judy Greer, Jessica Biel, Loudon Wainwright III, Paul Schneider and Paula Dean.
Paramount's hoping for a 2005 release. Crowe, who's directing and scripting, decided last fall after second-unit shooting to push the start of production back from first quarter 2004.
Elizabethtown was released October 14th, 2005 and stars Orlando Bloom, Kirsten Dunst, Susan Sarandon, Alec Baldwin, Bruce McGill, Judy Greer, Jessica Biel, Paul Schneider. The film is directed by Cameron Crowe.
