Albert Nobbs Trailer
Award winning actress Glenn Close (Albert Nobbs) plays a woman passing as a man in order to work and survive in 19th century Ireland. Some thirty years after donning men's clothing, she finds herself trapped in a prison of her own making. Mia Wasikowska (Helen), Aaron Johnson (Joe) and Brendan Gleeson (Dr. Holloran) join a prestigious, international cast that includes Jonathan Rhys Meyers, Janet McTeer, Brenda Fricker and Pauline Collins.
Albert Nobbs was released January 27th, 2012 and stars Aaron Taylor-Johnson, Mia Wasikowska, Jonathan Rhys Meyers, Brendan Gleeson, Glenn Close, Maria Doyle Kennedy, John Light, Janet McTeer. The film is directed by Rodrigo García.

I'm not sure what they were going for here, but they missed by a mile. This looks laughable to me.
@XxNickTheFilmCriticXx I don't know, friend. It just looks ridiculous to me. I don't see Close getting nominated for this at all -- quite the opposite, in fact. Albert Nobbs is Glenn Close's tranny version of Ben Stiller's retard, Simple Jack in Tropic Thunder. It looks like something that was intended to garner a lot of critical hype due to its subject matter, but looking at the finished product, it looks to have had the opposite effect, in my opinion.
