After Dark Films Picks Up the Rights to Frontier(s)

After Dark Films has just picked up the North American rights to writer and director Xavier Gens new horror feature Frontier(s). According to Variety, After Dark will give viewers the choice of watching the film in whatever format they choose by releasing the film to theaters and DVD just days apart.

Frontier(s) is a story set in France and revolves around Yasmine, her ex-boyfriend and his two friends who are entrenched in the Paris riots. They have stolen a large sum of money and are headed for the Danish border. On their way, they check into a motel where things appear to be too good to be true. They find that looks are deceiving as this motel rapidly turns into a house of horrors run by a Neo-Nazi family.

Frontier(s) is scheduled for a limited release in theaters on May 9th and then it will be released on DVD May 13th through Lionsgate.

Frontier(s) was released May 9th, 2008 and stars Karina Testa, Samuel Le Bihan, Estelle Lefébure, Aurélien Wiik, David Saracino, Chems Dahmani, Maud Forget, Amélie Daure. The film is directed by Xavier Gens.

    Sounds like a rip-off of Vacancy, Hostel, and the Texas Chainsaw Massacre combined, except with Neo-Nazis.
