David Carradine Passes Away At 72
While the death is still being investigated, early reports have surfaced that indicate the star of the Kill Bill films and the TV series Kung Fu had been found hanged in his hotel room.
Carradine had been in town to film his new movie, Stretch, and it was said the actor didn't join the cast and crew on Wednesday night and it was said that a hotel maid found his body on Thursday morning.
The actor's career spanned over 100 film credits as well as two dozen TV movies and theater performances.
UPDATE: 4 PM PSTTMZ is now reporting that Carradine's death was accidental, and not a suicide. A rep for Carradine confirmed the news with this statement:
"We can confirm 100% that he never would have committed suicide. It was an accidental death. Everybody is in shock."
It seems that Carradine's body was found nude, hanging in a closet with a rope not only around his neck, but "other parts of his body" as well.
We'll keep you posted on any other news regarding Carradine's death as soon as we have more information.

I saw the leaked crime scene photo online while browsing for more concrete answers. It was creepy. The tabloid Thai Rath newspaper that published them will most likely be sued successfully by the Carradine family.

I saw the update on TV: hands tied behind his back with rope, more rope around the genitals, and a rope around his neck, all the while hanging in the closet. Now how the f*ck would THAT be done accidentally???? Unless a night with a hooker got outta control...but i doubt it, and hey, what seriously else is the solution to this thing?

Ok thought i give a little update according to a bit of new details.
He was hanged, apparently and died of suffocation, and his genitals were tied into a knot or something like that.
They believe that it was a sex game gone wrong, because the hotel he was staying out is known for its sex games and being the biggest and most sexual hotel in all of Bangkok.
But the knife wound, apparently has been disclosed, and was only mentioned in a few news report and then disclosed.

BBC news live update, in which i only found about his death like 10mins of getting in, went out with a couple of friends to see Terminator Salvation.
the update talked about the murder, mentioned the stab wound, and that he was found hanged in a hotel closet in Bangkok, in which he was in the area, filming for his new film called 'Stretch'

Ah, yeah there is a whole lot of speculation going around (I'm definitely guilty of it) about the circ*mstances of his dead. I didn't think they were going to be able to release the autopsy results until tomorrow. Where did you hear that he was stabbed?

I just heard this guy on the radio like 3 weeks ago and he sounded really happy. I know this might sound really bad, but it might have been a sex related accident, apparently some people temporarily hang themselves while receiving oral pleasure and it heightens the experience, could have been that and something went wrong. I don't know, it is some crazy speculation but it seems really weird that he would have committed suicide.
