Alex Merkin will begin to film the romantic thriller Across the Hall on February 6th. According to Variety, the Insomnia Media Group thriller will star Mike Vogel, Brittany Murphy and Danny Pino.

Across the Hall centers on a love triangle between a young man, his best friend and his fiancee. IMG's Jeff Bowler and Bret Saxon will produce the film, with executive producer, NBA star Elton Brand.

No word on when Across the Hall is scheduled to be released.

Across the Hall was released December 4th, 2009 and stars Mike Vogel, Brittany Murphy, Danny Pino, Brad Greenquist, Arie Verveen, Natalie Smyka, Guillermo Díaz, Dov Davidoff. The film is directed by Alex Merkin.
