I agree that nolan and the current Batman franchise dosent need Batgirl, The Oracle, and Robin,
but yes I did say his second wife Sarah was shot, and killed, and so was his daughter, but she was shot in the spinal cord, and became The Oracle, both shot by The Joker

Wait wasn't Gordan's daughter, Batgirl and then Batgirl got shot in the back by Joker with a Magnum and paralyzed in the comic arc 'Death In The Family.' Then she became Oracle.
Soz i was just making the point more clear, Blizzard, it sounds more like that Sarah Essen got shot in your statement by the joker.
But any way who cares lol, Nolan has already stated it's too early for Robin and Batgirl came after Robin.

I thought you guys new your comicbook history, Barbara Keane-Gordon becomes his ex-wife, Barbara "Babs" Gordon was his daughter and Batgirl/Oracle, and then he gets remarried, to Sarah Essen, who later gets shot by the Joker, not putting in you guy's face just let you know the facts

Thanks JA Ottley, and you're right. Barbara Gordon is Commissioner Gordon's wife. She served as Batgirl for a while until she was shot by the Joker and became a paraplegic, at which point she became Oracle.

Come on people, it's just a thought but it could be executed. It probably won't happen, and probably isn't the case, but it's an interesting THEORY. He could be in a COMA! He could awake for the next movie or when appropriate. Technically his supposed 'death' in TDK was ambiguous, so a coma could be pulled off.

Wayward you do know that Barbara Gordan in Nolan's universe is Conmissioner Gordan's wife.
But then again i don't think the name of Gordan's daughter was revealed.
Also movie mage, nice touch on the Mcgregor as Riddler

MOVIE MAGE
Here's a very interesting theory I just thought about: HE'S IN A COMA!!!
Think about it, there was no funeral scene for him, no sign he was in a coffin or being buried, and there was no talk that he was dead. Just Jim Gordon giving a speech about the legacy of Harvey Dent with his picture as a city-wide commemoration-mourning-like event.

MOVIE MAGE
There is no doubt about it. There are a lot of temptations for a director and for us as fans. Sometimes we want to kill off a character, or resurrect them. Sometimes you may want to have those small cameos like Philip Seymour Hoffman briefly appearing as an arms dealer named Oswald Cobblepot. We all want to do certain things to the Batman franchise in terms of casting, scenes, characters, etc. But Christopher Nolan did not stray from the path of making a good movie, and he kept to what he thought was right for the movie, and thus preventing it from becoming another bad sequel or campy Batman film.
But knowing Christopher Nolan, I doubt he would resurrect Two-Face. There was an entire story arc to Harvey Dent and it was completed in The Dark Knight, just as some characters appeared in Batman Begins and not TDK. If a character needs to fill in a gap, or move the story along, then that character will be written into the script. Truth is, Harvey Dent served his purpose. He acted as the tragic hero of the film and he did an amazing job at it. Yes it is sad to see him go, because we all relish seeing Two-Face on the big screen, but his story lasted until it was no longer needed, and so it did serve its purpose. Quite frankly, and don't hate me for this, but I don't know what Two-Face would do in a third Batman movie. He could never go back to being DA, he would still be vengeful over Rachel's death. He would be out of place. This film was appropriate for him to appear and to die in.
Now this is just an idea, just a thought, so don't go all up in arms if you disagree, but what about Ewan MacGregor as The Riddler?
Anyways, one thing that is certain is that I would like to see a new incarnation of The Riddler, as the guy in the green suit and bowler hat; a true gentleman of crime. Not in some leotard from an 80's exercise video.

This is last I will talk about the two face fall, he didn't fall 4 stories, and he didn't break his neck, he fell on lose gravel, and he was looking up, and he only fell about 12-15 feet, from what I saw, anyways the impact would have been dispersed by the loose gravel, here's another question, why didn't he die in the car crash, that was obviously a fatal car crash, seatbelt or not, and in addition to that, Maroni fell, and broke his legs from just about the same distance, and he didn't die, and I know you might say he fell legs first, Two-Face fell back first, and that's just splitting hairs, the velocity of the fall isn't the same, nor is the impact, Two-Face's was sprawled out because he took up more mass in space (the air), so his velocity would less then Maroni who fell more aerodynamically, plus he hit hard concert, more of an impact more damage, TF hit gravel, less impact, less damage, because the gravel dispersed the impact, final there's no way he's dead even if he isn't in part 3
As far the actors/Characters in the movie, I'm okay as long as they do a good job and can act, and the characters do the original characters justice.

I totally agree with Ottley on Ben Foster as the Riddler, just because he's the type of actor who will exhaust every ounce of energy he has to put out the appropriate performance.
However Boner-Inspiring the thought of Megan Fox in Vinyl Leather is, there's no way she is talented enough to pull off a good Selina Kyle/Catwoman role. Neither is Jessica Biel, and Rachel Weisz, is a good actress, but she doesn't fit the character well enough.
It's way too early in Batman's legacy to even think about the character Hush, the story of Hush was meant to be in the later years of Batman's reign of protection over Gotham, that's why Barbara Gordon is is a wheelchair, there is a Nightwing and a Robin and Huntress. It was created to step away from the "Year One" take that Miller started and Loeb continued off of.

Ok like i've said before the fall broke Dent's neck, try and break your neck see if a pool of blood comes out.
Here is my cast decision
Guy Pearce or Ben Foster as a Sociopathical Riddler
Jessica Biel, Megan Fox or Rachel Weisz as Cat-Woman
Hugo Weaving or Bruce Willis as Hush
Not any combination of any of those (Aside from Fox, she'd just look hot in leather, but mind we've never seen her be bad) would be awesome

i dont really see the reason for their to be some f*cking HUGE pool of blood just to say that this person is dead.. im pretty sure getting speared by batman and falling about 4 stories should do the trick..
also Paul Bettany or David Tennant for the Riddler
and rowan atkinson as deacon blackfire is my wish

The Narrator: The Better Man
At first I thought Depp would be good, but now, I think that it should be a more gritty movie, all real, like begins, but more "elemental" and the riddler can do that, but I say, let someone else do it. The joker was great in the dark knight, but the riddle is a bit like him at times. And I know we understand their different people, and WAY different at times, but will people understand that. I say that they get riddler, but smaller, behind the curtain working strings, and they don't show his face, only his voice for a long time. And during that time, I say Deadshot entertain us.
As for casting, I think its between Johnny Depp, and Clive Owen for me, and maybe Hugo weaving.
