Universal Pictures has cast Aaron Eckhart in their upcoming drama Traveling. According to Variety, it will mark the directing debut of Brandon Camp.

Eckhart will star as a novelist whose book about grieving turns into a phenomenon. When he falls for a woman at one of his own seminars, he realizes that he hasn't yet come to terms with his wife's death.

Camp wrote the script with his longtime writing partner Mike Thompson. Shooting will begin early next year.
