A First Look at G.I. Joe's Destro, Storm Shadow, Breaker, Duke, RIP and Heavy Duty!

Paramount has provided us with a flood of new images from the upcoming Stephen Sommers action adventure film G.I. Joe. You can check out new pics of Destro, Storm Shadow, Heavy Duty, Duke, RIP and Breaker below:


G.I. Joe is currently filming with a release date set for August 7th, 2009.

G.I. Joe: The Rise of Cobra was released August 7th, 2009 and stars Adewale Akinnuoye-Agbaje, Christopher Eccleston, Joseph Gordon-Levitt, Byung-hun Lee, Sienna Miller, Rachel Nichols, Ray Park, Jonathan Pryce. The film is directed by Stephen Sommers.

    hey XJWS79.. COBRA REBORN is a comic book.. it is also in trade paperback where it has G.I. JOE REBORN.
    I'm guessing it was suppose to become a series. But never made it that far.. great art work as well.
    Oh and as for your zartan question.. no pics of Zartan most poeple are hoping thay don't show him or destro with mask until it closer to the movie.

    everyones looks alright to me for the most part. I agree not to show destro's mask or zartan until closer to the movie. I am indifferent to how breaker looks other than he should have more computer and communication gear, storm shadow looks really really lame how they got snake eyes to look great but storm shadow looks crappy. Finally Dennis Quaid looks very uncomfortable.

    hey guys.. just a heads up on what sommers as planed for g.i. joe..
    Sommers stresses that the movie is an origins story, so his challenge is to explain why the bad guy wears a metal mask, why Snake Eyes doesn't talk and other strange things kids took for granted. "For people who know nothing about it, it'll make sense," Sommers says. "And to people who love this stuff, it'll show where they all came from."

    The costums define everyone about GI Joe! From a previous article, they said that they would varie alot of costumes and show more the origines of each character. Destro is played by a good actor who could actually pull this off. But for now, I'm not impressed with the costums I've seen except for Storm Shadows which is good to me...looking foward to more pics and updates on the story...
