Neve Campbell Returns as Sidney Prescott for Scream 4!

Bob Weinstein has confirmed that Neve Campbell has signed to return as Sidney Prescott for Scream 4 for Dimension Films. She is accompanied by Courteney Cox and David Arquette who have already signed on.According to Variety, Scream 4 will start production in April or May as the first of a new trilogy, and the company is talking to Wes Craven to direct, Weinstein reports.

As for Scream 4 I would have left it alone. What I don't get about this series is why do they pick so many killers when it should only be one.
I never understood that. How could Michael have known that she existed. She was born while he was "looking passed the wall" in the looney lock-up.

I'm pretty sure William's idea / is a send up of exactly what you're talking about. Drawn out franchises and reboots. The first 2 screams were about spoofing their cliches and I think that was Williamson's inspiration to revist the franchise. I have faith in this one.

Also has anyone else here heard about The Hobbit may be put on an indefinate hold because MGM has gone Bankrupt.
Apparently Hobbit and the James Bond franchise may be going out.
But if it happens then Bond is getting sold to anothe company, most likely WB, but Hobbit is unknown
