Jimmy Fallon Takes Over Late Night for Conan O'Brien

Source:  Fox News
Ever since Conan O'Brien was announced to take over Jay Leno's hosting duties on The Tonight Show, rumors were swirling as to who'd take over his spot on Late Night. According to Fox News, Jimmy Fallon has secured the gig on Late Night.

The article mentions that NBC will likely make the official announcement on either May 11 or 12, when the networks announce their fall lineups to advertisers in New York City.

As for Leno, there is the possibility that he might take over the time slot for ABC's Nightline, which would push back Jimmy Kimmel Live back to 12:30 AM ET.

Jimmy Fallon's movies weren't any good, but he was funny on SNL. He might make a good replacement.
