Prison BreakThe greatest escape on television comes to an end after four suspenseful seasons when Prison Break returns for the series' final episodes beginning Friday, April 17 (8:00-9:00 PM ET/PT) on FOX.

Prison Break premiered in August 2005. The show was an immediate hit and followed Michael Scofield (Wentworth Miller) as he engineered a daring escape from Fox River Penitentiary to free his wrongly convicted brother Lincoln Burrows (Dominic Purcell) from Death Row. With the prison break a success, the brothers, along with six additional escapees, were part of a nationwide manhunt headed by FBI Agent Alex Mahone (William Fichtner), who later was revealed to be working for The Company, a shadowy government organization that had initially framed Lincoln.

The action then moved to Panama where the tables were turned and Lincoln worked to free Michael from the hellish prison SONA. After eventually escaping from Central America, the brothers teamed with Homeland Security Agent Don Self (Michael Rapaport) to dismantle The Company once and for all by stealing SCYLLA, a device that contained the organization's most valuable secrets. Following a series of double-crosses, the brothers now find themselves racing to retrieve SCYLLA, which unbeknownst to them has landed in the possession of their estranged mother and Company operative Christina (Kathleen Quinlan).

Prison Break stars Dominic Purcell, Wentworth Miller, Michael Rapaport, Amaury Nolasco, Robert Knepper, Jodi Lyn O'Keefe, Sarah Wayne Callies and William Fichtner. Academy Award nominee Kathleen Quinlan guest-stars in the series' final episodes.

Prison Break is an Adelstein-Parouse Production in association with 20th Century Fox Television. Paul T. Scheuring, Matt Olmstead, Kevin Hooks, Marty Adelstein, Dawn Parouse, Neal Moritz and Brett Ratner are executive producers. Zack Estrin, Nick Santora and Karyn Usher are co-executive producers.

Well each their own opinion, i don't know about acting but he has the look and build for Kratos.

Last time i heard about the GOW movie is that it was dropped during the announcement of the third game coming out, due to creative difficulties.

Spetnaz, your very incompetent. Your just spitting out anything just because your mad prison break was cancelled. 24 makes good changes where they need to be. Prison Break just got crazy. Started looking like some fucking mission Impossible. Well if i were on prison break, i wish my show would have turned out like 24. Emmy winner for best drama, best actor, best supporting actress. nominated for so many golden globes. Outstanding ratings. Not to mention it's been on for seven years. so spetnaz that should tell your dumbass something. Prison Break is no where near 24.

Well. All good things must come to an end. I'm actually glad. Now it's not going to turn into another 24. Damb I hate that show! How many times is Bauer going to have 24 hours to do... something? That God that Prinson Break will not turn out like that.

Sad news. I was really getting into this show. Swak did you know that Brett Ratner's in line to direct God of war. Just wondering how you felt about it.

Purcell would not make a good Kratos, just like he was a bad choice for Dracula in Blade 3. By the way, I've read that a script is being written for a God of war movie. I will be the first in line to see that.

As for Prison Break, I personally feel the show went downhill once they escaped the first prison.

Only the first season was the best then it went crappy.

Dominic Purcell would be awesome for Kratos if they ever made a God Of War movie.

I agree with Mooreman, michael will die :)

I'm glad they done this cause they nearly destroyed the show by trying to stretch it out. So long michael and Linc.
PS. I bet michael dies in the end!!(Just a theory)

Why am I not surprised? Should stayed longer in prison instead of breaking out in one season....Ah well it was fun while it lasted...
