Moon Bloodgood Is the Female Lead in Terminator 4

Movie PictureMoon Bloodgood is in final negotiations for the female lead in McG's Terminator Salvation: The Future Begins.

Bloodgood will star alongside Christian Bale, Sam Worthington and Anton Yelchin in the fourth installment of the sci-fi series, being produced by Halcyon Co. and set for a Warner Bros. release in summer 2009.

Bloodgood will play a no-nonsense and battle-hardened member of the resistance, according to The Hollywood Reporter.

Principal photography is set to begin May 5.

Bloodgood starred in NBC's short-lived series Journeyman and is shooting Street Fighter: Legend of Chun-Li. She also appears in What Just Happened?

Im not thrilled that McG is fucking directing. My God couldnt they find a good director. This man directed the Charlie's Angels movies, some of the dumbest movies in a very long time.

Ditto VooDoo77. I think this'll be good. It's a great idea, after only seeing brief clips of this bleak future. They'd actually have to work hard to make a mess of this. It's been such a loooooooooong wait for me though, thought they'd have done a movie on this years ago. A teaser trailer can't come soon enough.

Christian Bale doesn't sign on to a movie unless the script and other quality talent is in place. T4 will be good. I guess the risidual effect of T3 still lingers...
