The only thing I like about the trailer is the score!
Who ever the guy is singing "Time After Time: is Terrible!!! What a bad cover!

With the trailer I still laugh, it looks so stupid!! And in the original it took place in High School, not a hotel!!!

SPOLIER ALERT:

Other than that if you seen the orginial you know
the whole thing with the "Supposed" killer breaking out of jail & running loose is a "red Herring"!

The PG-13 remake is a lock to bring in lots of teenage bucks, regardless of whether it's surprisingly half-decent or predictably wretched.

Jamie Lee Curtis is and "ALWAYS" will be the
"SCREAM Queen"!!!!!! Hands down!!!

The success of "Halloween", as well as what could be considered the first slasher film, "Black Christmas" (1974), helped popularize the slasher film genre!!

Other examples of scream queens include:
Linnea Quigley in "Return of the Living Dead", Alexandra Delli Colli in "Zombie Holocaust", Sandra Knight in "Blood Bath", Beverly Garland in "The Alligator People", Camille Keaton in "I Spit On Your Grave", and Marilyn Burns in "The Texas Chainsaw Massacre"(1974)!

NOT THESE SHITTY LAME ASS RE-MAKES!!!

Jamie Lee Curtis (THE QUEEN SCREAM):
Halloween (1978), The Fog (1980), Prom Night (1980), Terror Train (1980), Halloween II (1981), Halloween H20: 20 Years Later (1998), Halloween: Resurrection (2002)

I wish the horror directors like Wes Craven, Sean S. Cunningham, Tobe Hooper, John Carpenter & the like would stand up & stop these Re-Makes!!!

every kid that has sex in the movie will die...every fat nerdy black kid will die...every jock bad attitude thinks hes too cool for the female lead character will die. so all in all everyone will die. moving on the killer is prolly some kid teased or shunned by the preps. COME UP WITH SOMETHIN NEW JESUS FUCKING CHRIST!

well on the brite side at least they arent in a haunted mansion or lost in the woods like every other movie like this lol

Woah this movie may blow that could very well be a true fact, BUT,Kyle c'mon my dude jamie lee curtis horrible in halloween? may i remind you that she is the scream queen partner, and as far a sex symbol goes you may not think so but alot of other ppl do, so as far as prom night goes ill wait for the dvd but please let show the classics some respect.

*** This comment may contain spoilers ***

Is the hack director (Nelson McCormick)of the Re-Make going to stick with the "Orginial" Plot (???):

The plot has classic slasher movie conventions written all over it. A girl plummets to her death while fleeing from the taunts of four vicious classmates. Years then pass and now it's prom night for the children that survived the incident. Soon someone begins taking vengeance against them for their childhood sin!!

If I remember it right the brother was the killer!!

This Re-Make will SHIT!! With a capital "S"S!!!

this looks like it's gonna be a poor slasher a lot like See No Evil. BTW Jamie Lee Curtis was a horrible actress in the original and in the original Halloween i have no clue as to how she could have been a sex symbol.
