Underworld Poster

This prequel story delves into the origins of the centuries-old blood feud between the aristocratic vampires, known as Death Dealers, and the barbaric Lycans (werewolves). A young Lycan, Lucian (Michael Sheen), emerges as a powerful leader who rallies the werewolves to rise up against Viktor (Bill Nighy), the cruel vampire king who has persecuted them for hundreds of years. Lucian is joined by his secret lover, the beautiful vampire Sonja (Rhona Mitra), in his battle to free the Lycans from their brutal enslavement.

A fourth installment would have to be made and it must be a final sequel to close out this franchise. Mitra sucks. She got on my nerves on Doomsday. I'd rather see milla jovovich in this role.

I'm just wishing that this was out already. Been a long wait, and I'm glad it's nearly over. Mitra looks a lot like Beckinsale in that shot too I reckon.

Even though it's a prequel, it's still the 3rd movie made in the series Oli. It may drop the '3' on release though.

I agree with Express. And why did they name it Underworld 3 if it's a prequel? Underworld Origins would've been better.

i still cant believe pepole think it's a sequel..lol it's a fucking prequel to the first before kate was even born. but indeed there is going to be a 3rd film after this. but why make a prequel then go back and do a sequel to 2?
