I didn't not care for the film the first time around, but having read the Graphic Novel (which to my surprise, I thoroughly enjoyed), I'll definitely see this again; and someday, possibly, buy...

If you're complaining about the "blue wang" then your opinion doesn't matter because you're obviously not mature enough to understand the story in the first place

i think this movie was well made but the story was utter crap, even with all the updates it was still not good enough. All the blue wang wasn't a highlight in my book.

YEEESSS!!!!! The minute I walked out of the theater I was ready for the Director's Cut! Even though I still really loved the theatrical version, I knew there was much more to come. I'm buying this the minute it hits the shelves!!!

It seems like the standard DVD is a little lite on extras. "The Phenomenon: The Comic that Changed Comics" seems to be the only major behind the scenes featurette on the 2-disc set. Unless it's on par with the "Blade Runner" documentary "Dangerous Days" which was immense and incredibly immersive at 3 hours and 10 minutes. Or maybe they're coming out with an even larger version later.

Yeah, I'd say it's a good character film. I'd give it 8-8.5/10

Okay, I am going to be completely honest and admit something here. I was unable to see this in theaters. I hate to admit that, but it is true. Anyway, most major critics said it was great. I like Zack Snyder and I like visionary films. I also think the characters look really cool with lots of depth. So, it is obvious that I'm going to buy this.
But please answer this question for me, people! Is this a good and in depth character driven film?
And, 1/10, what would you give it?
