I mean doesn't anyone remember "G.I. Joe: The Movie" which came out in 1987..& it was animated film spun off from the animated series G.I. Joe: A Real American Hero!??!
Fucking Punk Ass!!!!
It's going to be a HEAPING PILE OF FUCKING DOG SHIT....
You don't need to thumb through your Thesaurus to try and sound like your some fucking brilliant intellect that has an over the top reason of why I think this movie looks "Fucking Gay" and hell yea. And those fucking suits are Retarded. I stand 100% behind that comment...mark my words Douche bag!!!
It drives me nuts when people say, it's just "an action movie." I don't think anyone here is expecting Academy Awards here, but c'mon, if you can't even make the "fun" look fun, then the movie is failing on the the most basic levels. If it is an action movie and the action is cheesy then what do you have? A whole lot of cheese.
That being said, I'm not a hater... I'll reserve final judgement for when the movie comes out, but based on this trailer, my expectations have been lowered, and I might just skip the theatrical release altogether. I'll save that money to watch HP, Star Trek, or Terminator Salvation a second time.
Also, if you think nobody will watch this because it looks "gay" say that to all the "gay" twilight fans out there. Terrible movie, alot of money. Peace.
And yes, Jonquest. One is looking better than the other. This movie seems like it is trying too hard to be big like Transformers. The same cinematographer that did Transformers is doing this, by the way. And that part with the guys dodging the missles is straight out of Transformers, along with that entire scene.
The overall message here, is that G.I.Jeo is trying to be what it is not- a big movie, or at least that's what I think.
On a semi-related childhood-80's-cartoons-to-movies note... I just saw the new Transformers trailer and it looks 10x better than this. I don't expect either to be Shakespeare, but one is obviously a better looking movie than the other here.
