USA Today has revealed this new photo from Max Payne, which opens in theaters on October 17.

Max Payne
The videogame adaptation stars Mark Wahlberg, Chris O'Donnell, Beau Bridges, Ludacris, Mila Kunis, Donal Logue and Amaury Nolasco.

Max Payne tells the story of a maverick cop determined to track down those responsible for the brutal murder of his family and partner. Hell-bent on revenge, his obsessive investigation takes him on a nightmare journey into a dark underworld. As the mystery deepens, Max (Wahlberg) is forced to battle enemies beyond the natural world and face an unthinkable betrayal.

Mark Wahlberg playing Max Payne sweetness I saw the trailer it looks pretty awesome as well! I actually think the movies gonna be better then the game!

The video game is cool, but, casting Marky Mark as the titular character Sux...like "The Happening."

He looks ridiculous in the above photo...is he laying on a table? Contrived and weak.

Former Punisher, Thomas Jane, would have been a better Max Payne.

The only cool thing about this movie is Mila Kunis of That 70's Show/Forgetting Sarah Marshal.
