Evan Almighty? are they serious? Bourne was a good action/stunt movie but i really dont see why it should be up there either. My guesses are Pirates or Transformers.

300 SHOULD WIN, ITS CREW DID A MONUMENTAL WORK IN THE SPECIAL EFFECTS FIELD CREATING A VISUAL FANTASY THAT IS GREATER THAN REALITY.

Evan Almighty and the Bourne Ultimatum!? I understand the rest, but those two have me baffled. Where's Spider-Man 3? I think we can all agree that it wasn't the best movie, but the effects were pretty amazing, especially Sandman. Even so, Transformers would still take my vote, with 300 a close second. Those robots were awesome!

Let's see Visual Effects.....a broad term that refers to just about anything that cannot be captured using standard photographic techniques....

& then they choose "Evan Almighty"..LOL...Best Visual Effects ..LOL!

What about: "Sunshine", "Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix" Or "The Water Horse: Legend of the Deep", "Stardust" or "Beowulf"???

I did guess right with "300", "Transformers" & "The Golden Compass"!

I guessed 5: The Golden Compass, I Am Legend, Pirates of the Caribbean: At World's End, 300, Transformers.
I thought Live Free or Die Hard and Fantastic Four 2 would be the others (with Ghost Rider as a slight-possibility).
