Its an original story by Chris Nolan himself, i'm intrigued what he will do without his bro, but apparently Johnathan planned and created the story concept, so where looking on verge of something similiar to Memento.
Brief this is Memento meets Matrix with a big budget
He goes on to explain Cameron tactics and wanting to bring the people back to cinema and he also states that Avatar is being promoted quite poorly by Fox and that people keep getting it muddled up with Shaymalayan's Avatar: The Last Airbender.
Sam then goes on to the finish to state that Avatar wasn't built for the cinema screen... it was built for IMAX 3D
Green Lantern may get delayed / halted along with Deadpool
Production hasn't even started yet on Martin Campbell's Green Lantern movie and already there's trouble. Production was set to begin in September in Australia. What might be able to do what Sinestro couldn't? The rising Australian dollar has "blown out production costs" for the movie according to Inside Film.
Warner Bros. is trying to negotiate to get higher concessions in order to deal with the massive difference in cost since the Australian dollar climbed more than 16% since the April decision to film was announced. Basically studios make deals to shoot in certain cities (or countries) as work on the films creates a lot of jobs for locals.
What does this mean for Hal Jordan and the Green Lantern Corps? They're not defeated just yet. What could happen if the difference in the value of the Australian dollar is too much, production on the movie may have to move to another city/country. That doesn't sound too bad except it could delay the release of the movie. The movie has already been changed from a December 2010 release to a June 17, 2011 date. This could affect those waiting for Ryan Reynolds to reprise his role as Deadpool as well.
Cars 2 gets its full title which is something like Cars 2: World Grand Prix.
Dakota Fanning to star in a Wizard of Oz Sequel
The Avatar according to Worthington sucked on purpose it was a marketing tactic along with the 16 min preview.
LAST BUT NOT LEAST INCEPTION PLOT DETAILS
BEWARE THERE MAY BE SPOILERS AHEAD READ AT OWN WILL
Neither the plot summary nor the teaser trailer for Christopher Nolan's "Inception" have given fans any clues regarding what to expect from the movie. But InContention got its hands on of several story details, which appear to be from the first act and are very scattered.
SPOILERS AHEAD:
"Inception" takes place in a world where people can enter other people's dreams. Cobb (Leonardo DiCaprio) is a CEO type, who illegally dives into dreams to extract information. He does this via a portable device, which is basically an injection into the bloodstream. In one scene, Cobb's team enters a person's dream while on an airplane.
The team who creates the dreams is comprised of Arthur (Joseph Gordon-Levitt), Eames (Tom Hardy) and Ariadne (Ellen Page), a young college student who is considered the "architect."
Fischer (Cillian Murphy) is a business-type who is soon to become the head of a company. Cobb's team is attempting to insert an idea into his mind to compel him to split that company in two.
The only real villain in the story is Saito (Ken Watanabe), who blackmails Cobb, but Cobb's wife (Marion Cotillard) also causes some trouble for the main character.
At one point, both Cobb and his wife are stuck in a dream and the wife tries to convince him to stay in that world, which she considers much better than real life. Cobb, however, wants to return to his children. Later on, the wife commits suicide in the dream in order to come back to the real world. When Cobb also comes back, he is charged with his wife's murder and has to flee with his children.
If they feel the need to make another film, don't do a prequel.
