Warner Bros. to Pick Up Peacock Pitch

In a story from The Hollywood Reporter, Warner Bros. is currently in final negotiations to pick up a pitch that focuses on a peacock from writers Austin Winsberg and Heath Corson.

At present, Warner Bros. is keeping mum on the project's story.

Warner Bros. seems emboldened to re-enter the animation realm due to the success of 2006's Happy Feet. The studio is presently readying Happy Feet 2 in 3D.

Other properties that the studio might eventually animate could be Superman and Scooby-Doo.
