Josh Harnett has just signed on to play the starring role in the martial arts motion picture
Bunraku. According to
Variety, Guy Moshe is on board to write and direct the Snoot Entertainment feature.
Harnett will star as a no-name drifter who seeks revenge in an alternate universe. Snoot has boasted the film's inspiration to be a mixture of Japanese puppet-theater, video games and even German expressionism.
Filming for
Bunraku is scheduled to start this spring on location in Europe.
