Having bruckheier behind it means nothing to me. The first Pirates was the only good one. Don't forget, he's giving us that ridiculous G-Force nonsense soon. Glah!

However, I'm still interested in seeing PoP :P

I thought you were just talking about the people in general on these "posters" lol. It does suck to have the Disney logo on it, but then again they do make actual good grown up films (Remember the Titans, Pirates, Hook) so I have faith. It's never too late to make a good video game adaptation.

i wasnt stating this film looks kiddy, did my comment have the implication of that? i was stating thats what ppl think when they hear Disney.......sideswipe95 is correct jerry bruckheimer loves his blockbusters (Bad Boys 1 and 2, Pirates of the Caribbean trilogy, TV shows CSIs, and others)......i enjoyed the game and the movie should be well done

this is going to be good for disney they're venturing into something different but yes lets not forget that bruckheier is behind this!

u no every 1 here is focusin on the fact that this is a Disney, Lets not 4get that Bruckheier is Producing this! & let be honest even with or without Disney, that Man has bin apart of some great Film, ill admit that sounds a little kiss arse, but u cant fault the man!

for all the people that think this is going to be kiddy just keep in mind that the "pirates" trilogy was not that kiddy at all..i think this is going to be awesome.

i cant wait for this but its disneys so it may be kiddy but i hope not this looks really cool

It's Disney. I highly doubt they are capable of making a good game adaption, let alone a good adaption of ANYTHING, but I'm still interested anyway :P

Love them. I absolutely love that they are using the clothing the "Prince" wore in "Warrior Within". I hope it will get at least a PG-13 rating. I'm assuming that the girl is supposed to be "Kaylina" or at least her movie counterpart.

everytime you think of Walt Disney you think of kiddy stuff....Walt Disney is a conglomerate, they well do anything it takes to maintain their position, they didnt portray Pirates as shitty or kiddy why would they do this as that.................Shrek 4 may not have the draw like Shrek 2 but it can definitely give a movie as this competition

Imagine something along the level of the first Pirates movie. Except with less shittiness, because they actually have to make people like the movie. For the sequels though...no guarantees.

I think these are great...what's "lame" about them? The title text being understated is actually kind of cool.

Wicked. I'm kinda iffy about the movie, but still pretty pumped for it.
