A Look at How to Look Good Naked with Carson Kressley

Most of us are not completely happy with our bodies. Let's face it, with the skinny models and actresses, and plastic surgery becoming as common as a root canal, people are really focusing on their image. Carson Kressley (of Queer Eye for the Straight Guy fame) takes one woman each week and transforms her - not physically but emotionally.

These women hate to look at themselves in the mirror. One woman doesn't even own a full-length mirror. Without any diet or exercise, Carson helps them get through their image crises and feel good about themselves and how they look. Just a little bit of encouragement, the right clothing and a good hairstyle can make all the difference in the world. And their final test is a photo shoot - naked! But tastefully so.

This new Lifetime original reality series premieres January 4th with plenty of suggestions for not only the participants, but for the viewers as well. Watching these women transform and build their confidence is encouraging and uplifting. And Carson is adorable!
