Mark Rolston Joins SAW V Cast

Source:  Www.officialsawnews.com/
Mark Rolston (The Shawshank Redemption, The Departed) has joined the cast of SAW V. Filming on SAW V begins in Toronto on March 17th. David Hackl is directing.

Back again are Dan Heffner (Executive Producer), David Armstrong (Cinematographer), Alex Kavanaugh (Costume Designer) and Jim Murray (Prop Master).

David Hackl was the Production Designer of SAW II, SAW III and SAW IV. Hackl helped design and build the terrifying traps in the three SAW movies. Here's his take on SAW V:

"I am probably one of the biggest Saw fans out there"..."My team and I are the ones who have had the awesome task of designing and building the Saw traps since Saw II"..."Now I'm about to helm Saw V. I'm as psyched as anyone could be."

Patrick Melton and Marcus Dunstan are returning to write SAW 5. Melton and Dunstan wrote the hugely successful SAW IV.

I'm gonna see Saw 5 and probably 6 too but how piss poor and weak was the twist ending to saw 4? And wasn't Jigsaw teaching asshole bad guys to cherish life? If so what the fuck did poor old Officer Rigg do other than neglect his wife so he could save lives? he wasn't wasting his life he was saving others or am I missing the point? It's getting thin.

The Last 4 Were Spectacular, but can they keep it up? They should probably quit while they are ahead, am I right?

I WILL SEE 5 AND 6 I AGREE THAT 4 WASNT THAT GOOD BUT MAYBE THEY CAN AMP IT UP FROM THE REVIEWS..it would be cool to put all the pieces of the movie together in order.

nah, I would release the infected baby into a country kitchen, that way it would infect all the elderly and I can go kill zombies like I want, 2 birds with one stone theory

hostel 3 i thinghk part 3 should be writen by eli roth rob zombie and alex aja the director would be marcus nispel you see eli for the first two since he was the creater rob for his humor and sickness and aja for his scares and gore marcus cause i liked chainsaw remake the producers tarintino weinstein brothers wes craven and the cast leo dicaprio jake gylnhal kirsten dunst and megan fox the movie would show all four of them get tourtuered and leo is the only survivor two of them get tourtuered to death and one trys to get away and gets shot the movie should be 2 hours 23 mins long more charector development and more felling and careness for them and more scares gore and viloence and one of the foure torture victims should get tourtured for a long time on screen while the others are as long as the first two films and more reason why these guys are doing this god i have a sick mind haha

i liked the first two. the first definitely. The first didnt have as much gore or anything like that, just really good story writing. the secnd added more gore with decent writing. the third bad writing with more gore. The fourth was written by a 3 year old with a crayon with tons of gore

agreed i havent seen a really good horror film in a long time. i think they may be starting to lose their effect because it seems thats what most people are making these days. they need to slow down and then bring them in one at a time so we can enjoy them

March 11th, 2008 9:51am
this is just too far! they need to stop and end it already. they rushed through the previous films and made the series go to crap. and they want to make more...they better take their time and end it right or i hope they enjoy unemployment
