John O'Hurley is the New Host of Family Feud

John O'Hurley has signed on to host Family Feud as part of a larger revamp at the longrunning game show.

According to Variety, the syndicated gamer will celebrate its 30th anniversary with an updated look and set this fall. O'Hurley takes over for Richard Karn, who has emceed the show since 2002. FremantleMedia North America and Tribune Entertainment produce.

The Dancing With the Stars runner-up and Seinfeld alumni is next set to appear in Lionsgate's Employee of the Month for director Greg Coolidge opposite Jessica Simpson and Dane Cook.

John O'Hurley is a big phoney and not nearly as good or real a host for family feud as Richard Karn. They need to bring Richard back and let O'Hurley go back to dancing
