Will Smith's summer blockbuster
Hancock raked in the dough this summer taking in $228 million at the domestic box office, and Smith is talking sequel.
JoBlo caught up with Smith while he was promoting his upcoming film
Seven Pounds, and he said a sequel is "definitely" coming.
Smith told the site that he felt there were many characters still to be explored in this world that would be possibly explored in the sequel. It wasn't clear if director Peter Berg or co-stars Charlize Theron and Jason Bateman would return for the second film.
We'll surely keep you posted on any developments on this potential sequel as soon as we have more information.

nothing groundbreaking or awe-inspiring about it, but it was fun enough to kill 90 minutes or so.
i don't think i would see a sequal in the theatre but i would definitely rent it when it comes out.
I think Will Smith is starting to over-rate himself in the movie industry game.
Confirming films before the studios is just making himself sound ignorant and argogant*
{Will Smith is great}.
