Eddie Murphy Bringing Back Beverly Hills Cop IV

Eddie Murphy will reprise his role as Axel Foley in Beverly Hills Cop IV for Paramount and producer Lorenzo di Bonaventura.

Murphy is working closely with the studio and di Bonaventura to reinvigorate and update the once-lucrative property, says Variety.

Producers are currently looking for a writer for Beverly Hills Cop IV.
