NBC Cancels My Own Worst Enemy

Source:  Variety
In a story from Variety, NBC has pulled the plug on Christian Slater's My Own Worst Enemy.

The show had only shot 9 episodes of its initial 13-episode order.

Apparently the show never gained traction with audiences. When it aired on Oct. 27, the show "averaged 5.2 million viewers and 2.3 rating/6 share in adults 18-49."

That show was idiotic. Slater was so funny as a ¨double¨ agent.
It makes me cry blood.

You can pick up a bunch of the episodes, right here ... on MOVIEWEB:
http://www.movieweb.com/tv/show/TVf5unknuySkil/videos

5 episodes up and ready for you.

I been recording them on the DVR and getting to them when there's nothing else on to watch. Decent enough for a late night with no commercials.

you wanna see slater in a decent movie, check out "he was a quiet man", i liked it a lot and thought he was great in it.

why is 'my own worst enemy' getting cancelled and friggin 'knight rider' still has a pulse? if you're gonna pull the plug on a stupid show then pull the one that makes me twitch with hatred, not the one im fairly ambivalent about.

Christian Slater is a good actor, but, that show sucked...There wasn't enough commitment to either of the alter egos' characterizations. Together, each cardboard character made...corrugated cardboard.

Some director needs to cast Slater in a movie that plays to his sardonic yet vulnerable charisma ala' True Romance.
