hey i just noticed,speeds dad...isn't that the guy who play Fred Flinstone in:the FLINSTONE'S movie

once again he's in a cartoon movie

it is kind of cheesy, but it is cartoon from the 60's and 70's it wouldn't be right with out an once of cheesy-ness.and lots of colors.

Although the colors are rotting my teeth, this is a great translation of the Speed cartoons. It's cheesy, silly and exciting. I think this is going to definitely be a blockbuster for the Warchowskis.

Despite ruining the Matrix, the Wachowski's have made up for one of the sequels with V for Vendetta. Hopefully they shall make up for the other travesty-of-a-Matrix-sequel with Speed Racer. My dad use to watch the show all the time as a child so maybe him and I could go see this one together.

I was originally hyped to the idea of making this movie...as I used to watch the cartoon as a kid as well. That said; the trailer doesn't really impress me. I'll have to withhold judgment until I see more.

The Wachowskis, at this point, are the only reason I will see this...and hopefully the end product will be much better than this is turning out to look.

travis ya know were friends and all and i respect your opinion. but i couldnt disagree more. this movie looks pretty sweet. as long as the characters in this dont say "oh ho" or something after every sentence. this movie looks good. im pretty stoked for this. which is surprising cuz i wasnt at first. but these trailers kinda swayed my opinion towards this...

God damn, i could not hate this movie more and it hasn't even been released yet!!!! It looks like a friggin video game, and i know it's supposed to be targeted at younger viewers, and it's the wachowskis so it's gonna look different, but it's just pissin me off!!!!! And it got a lot "ooohs" at the theatre cuz people had a headache from the bright colors! I SHOULD HAVE PUT ALL THAT IN CAPS LOCK!!!!! AAAHHHHHHHH!!!!!!

I cannot wait to see this movie!!!!
Most of my friends dont think its gonna be that good and the first trailer didnt get them excited at all
but just wait, as soon as they see it in theaters its gonna blow them away!

The Wachowski's are bringing another new visually unique way of storytelling to theaters this summer!!!!
