It was a
Glory-ous weekend on the charts last week.
In a story from
The Hollywood Reporter, Paramount Home Entertainment was aglow last week as
Blades of Glory took the No. 1 spots on Nielsen VideoScan First Alert sales chart and Home Media Magazine's video rental chart.
Universal Studios Home Entertainment will probably have a press conference about this, but we figured we'd let you know that
Heroes: Season 1 came in at on No. 2 on the First Alert sales chart
Wild Hogs saw its top spot run on both charts come to an end as it came in at No. 3 in sales and No. 2 in rentals.
Warner Home Video saw decent sales with
300 coming in at No. 4. Sony Pictures Home Entertainment took the No. 5 spot with
Perfect Stranger.
On the high-definition side...
Blades of Glory led the sales charge on the HD-DVD charts while
Heroes: Season 1 took the No. 2 position. As for Blu-ray disc,
300 again held on to the No. 1 slot.
