Comic book legend and budding film director Frank Miller recently spilled the beans on the two comic adaptations he's currently working on -
Will Eisner's The Spirit, and the second film adapted from his own comics with
Sin City 2. Miller was in Rome to introduce
Will Eisner's The Spirit, and the Italian film site
BadTaste brings us the news about what Miller had to say about both films.
First up, Miller showed off a new trailer for
Will Eisner's The Spirit, along with a couple of film clips which had previously played at Comic-Con.

Miller also let slip this tidbit about the future of
Sin City 2:
I cant' talk about my projects, because I don't believe a movie is real until I see the title on the screen. There are many things that can go wrong. But I can tell you that I'm very close to begin
Sin City 2 with Robert Rodriguez. We have to arrange a few things and we'll be back in action.
So, Miller and Rodriguez will be back together for
Sin City 2 it sounds like. And as for Miller's solo directorial debut?
Will Eisner's The Spirit opens January 16th, 2009, and stars Gabriel Macht, Samuel L. Jackson, Scarlett Johansson, Eva Mendes, Sarah Paulson, Dan Lauria, Stana Katic, Johnny Simmons, Louis Lombardi, Jamie King and Paz Vega.

And on The Spirit, well I was really exctited, until I heard about the PG-13 rating. PG-13 ratings usually kill a movie like this. Still gonna see it though!
Sin City2 is based on Miller's "A Dame to Kill for," and Angelina Jolie was originally going to play the part then got pregnant. So, is she still playing the role or someone else?
yeah we want to know more about upcoming films but most of the time it's better being surprised
still Sin City 2 does seem like it's worth the wait
until then bring on the Spirit
